Founded in 2003 by owner Louie Taleski, Caprice Constructions NSW Pty Ltd is an established design and construction company with a strong foundation of more than 30 years of industry experience. Louie brings extensive knowledge and experience in design, drafting and construction, having worked across a diverse range of residential projects throughout NSW. His experience and expertise continue to guide the company's approach to delivering quality projects and personalised service.

Today, our team works closely with clients throughout every stage of their project, from the initial concept and design through to construction and completion. We pride ourselves on exceptional client service, clear communication and quality workmanship, taking the time to understand each client's needs and ensuring every project is approached with care and attention to detail.
