Development & Construction Documentation:
Development Applications (DA) — preparation of architectural drawings and supporting documentation for submission through the relevant NSW planning approval process.
Complying Development Certificates (CDC) — preparation of documentation for eligible residential projects proceeding through the complying development pathway.

Construction is undertaken in accordance with the applicable requirements of the NSW building and certification framework, including the National Construction Code (NCC), relevant Australian Standards and applicable planning and development conditions. For residential work, relevant sustainability requirements such as BASIX may also apply depending on the project.
